Fix a bug introduced in SVN r2014. The 'origin' parameter of regions and outlines used to be called 'offset'. Old .sif files still use 'offset'. If an old .sif file contains a region and an outline with linked offset ducks then it was impossible to edit the offset duck's position.

In the 'open > recent files' menu entry, only show files which still exist. Previously, I was saving documents into /tmp, then rebooting. /tmp had been emptied, but the files were still showing up in the menu.

Default the time sub-parameter to 0f. Check that the valuenode has a parent canvas before attempting to look up the frame rate in it.

Show the name of the current tool in the tool options panel if it has any options. For the zoom tool, show the message that it doesn't have any options, instead of just showing a blank panel.
